In this session we introduce three key steps.  Identifying new business segments that are traveling today.  How to quickly research them and how to do an advanced search for a specific prospect list.

In order to prospect effectively, you first need to know your audience. What are their specific challenges and goals right now?  Your own way of doing business has changed, doesn’t it make sense to find out what changes your target audience are facing?

It takes multiple touchpoints to get your best responses.  In this section we review drip vs. lead nurturing campaigns and why you would use each.  We will share the first steps of creating an awareness campaign that will begin to help you get better repsonses.

Every prospecting touchpoint should follow the same key points – a strong opening or subject line, a clear explanation of who you are and what you can do for them, and a call to action.  We will explain each step in this session and provide you with a sample.

We will help you map out a lead nurturing campaign to share valuable information for your prospects – information about your property that will draw them in.  We provide a mapping template, 7 same emails and a complete lead nurturing checklist that will enable you to create future campaigns quickly. 

Video 15 Min  + 10 Min read to complete. We include 7 sample emails, a campaign map and a sample campaign checklist completed.  A blank campaign checklist is also provided.

In this lesson we introduce to an automation tool – some software that will allow you to create a campaign, set it up and let it do the work for you!  We will walk you through the set up step by step. This allows you to always be prospecting without spending all of your time prospecting!

In this facilitated Zoom workshop, you have the opportunity to ask specific questions and get help applying your specific audience needs with your property benefits.  We will spend 30 minutes walking through a live example and 30 minutes for questions and coaching.
