Description
If you need to understand the basics of the hotel digital marketing landscape, this program is for you. We have broken up the program into logical sections – Paid, Owned, and Earned Media, which covers everything from websites to social, PR to email marketing, and really everything in between. Additionally, we added in a fun walk through history, as it pertains to hotels and digital marketing as a pre-class exercise. And we added in analytics, intermediaries and vendor management. We cover every critical area you may come across. In the table to the right, you can see specifically what we will cover each week.
We offer this program via virtual web classroom that spans six weeks. We meet for 60 minutes every week, an offer an additional 30 minutes of discussion time at the end of each session. We also provide a study guide and a simulated hotel experience so you can practice what you have learned in your own environment or in our virtual one.
Our next class begins on November 2, 2020. Class begins at 3pm est.
