Global or National Sales have different challenges than property or even regional sellers.  We created this program specifically for seasoned global sellers who are ready for some new ideas.  Influencer Digital Sales – for Global Sellers focuses on helping strengthen client relationships through the use of digital tools and strategies.

We are going to focus on expanding your reach and influence with both your internal and external customers and we are going to do that by focusing on adding value at every touchpoint.  By teaching you a combination of strategy and tools, we are really going to be focused on strengthening YOU as a brand.  The focus is on ensuring that sellers are trusted resources, valued advisors, and preferred partners for their clients.

There are five modules with daily 20-30 minute learning activities along with four 45 minute weekly facilitated workshops.

Module One 

Trusted resourceYou Know Things.  When you think about a trusted resource, of course, you want to turn to someone who is an expert.  We don’t want to turn you into a know it all, but we want to make it easy for you to stay on top of your targeted industry, your specific accounts, the role and challenges of your contacts within that account, and your property partners. We are going to provide you with tools that will enable you to have more in-depth knowledge than your competitors so that you are able to really stand out as a trusted resource.

Module Two

While it is great for you to know things, we also want to position you as a Thought leader which means You Share Things.   You will have gained all of that knowledge so you want to figure out clear and efficient ways of sharing your expertise – insights – ideas – and sometimes just plain data.  We want you to be able to share it in places where your customers are most likely to see it – which is primarily online.   We cover LinkedIn extensively but we also give you a crash course in other social channels where your audience might be.  We also introduce video sales emails in this module.

Module Three

Next we want to position you as a Valued advisor.  Our research has shown us just how much business has changed, our buyers are stressed and overwhelmed, so it is your job to Make sense of it all by –  presenting your knowledge and insights in a clear, compelling, and confident manner.   This module focuses on telling your story – often through video.  We will teach you some amazing tools to help!

Module Four

And finally, we want to help you be a Preferred Partner.  You will inspire advocacy – meaning you will create loyal followers who like to talk about you because you continually Engage – Inform and Delight.  When your customers have a need, you will find multiple ways to be in front of them so that you are always top of mind for them.  We introduce some fun tools here to help you engage like a digital scavenger hunt or online trivia around your properties.

Optional – Module Five

For global sellers who want to sharpen their prospecting game, we offer a final module for you.  We focus on advanced and modern prospecting – finding more leads through digital searches, crafting ideal prospecting emails and creating and launching automated lead nurturing campaigns.
